If you wish to purchase an article you will go through four simple steps in the order process:
1. Add product to your shopping basket
If you want buy an article, click on the Shopping basket so that the product is added to the Shopping basket. Then you can simply continue shopping. When your total order is ready, return to the shopping basket to continue to payment. Upon further reflection, have you decided not to purchase a particular item? Remove the product from the Shopping basket by clicking on the Waste bin.
2. Enter information
After you have added the product to the shopping basket, you should complete the information. If you previously placed an order, you can simply login via your account. Your information is then retrieved from your account, so that you only have to check if your information is correct. If something is not right, you can change it very easily.
3. Paying securely
After you have entered all your information, choose your payment method. We offer different payment methods per country, including iDeal and credit card. Should you have a discount code or e-gift card, you can spend it during the payment process.
4. Order completed
Your order has now been placed. In a clear summary you can see all the information listed. You can now also follow the status of your order.
Confirmation by e-mail
After you have placed your order you will immediately receive a confirmation email from us. This mail lists the order information.
You did not receive a confirmation email?
If you did not receive a confirmation email you may have provided an incorrect email address. Check in your account to make sure you have provided the correct email information. It could also be in the spam filter of your mailbox, so always check your spam box or the ‘unwanted email’ folder.
Change email address
You can easily change your email address in your account. You can find your account at the top right of the website. After you have logged in you can change your information. The new information is immediately available.
Can I change or cancel an order?
Once you have placed your order we do our utmost to process it as quickly as possible and to dispatch it to you. Changing or cancelling your order is unfortunately not possible. If, upon reflection, you should not want to receive the order, you should return it upon receipt.
Can I reserve items?
It's not possible to reserve items. Even when you have placed items in your shopping cart the items are not reserved for you. If you have items in your cart for several the days, you risk the chance of items being no longer available.
If this is the first time you are placing an order on pipstudio.com, a number of details are requested, including your name, address, email address and telephone number. Your name, address and email address is stored securely in your account so that you do not have to provide this again with your next order. You can check your order status and payment history in your account, 24 hours a day. The new web-shop launched on June 5th 2018. History from before this date is no longer available.
You can view and change address details at any time of the day. If you change your address details within 24 hours before shipment of your order, Pip Studio cannot send the order to your new address. Your order will therefore be sent to your ‘old address’.
All your contact details are stored confidentially on our secure server. Pip Studio adheres to the Data Protection Act (WBP).
Pip Studio's online payment options vary per country. From the Netherlands you can pay for your purchases via iDeal, Credit card (Visa and MasterCard), PayPal and Klarna. From Belgium you can pay via Credit card (Visa and MasterCard), PayPal, Sofort and Bancontact. From Germany and Austria you can pay via Credit card (Visa and MasterCard), PayPal, Sofort and Klarna. From Finland you can pay via Credit card (Visa and MasterCard), PayPal. and Klarna. From the rest of the world you can pay via you can pay via Credit card (Visa and MasterCard) and PayPal. As soon as you are going to make a purchase, when paying, you can choose the payment option.
Payment with Klarna
In some countries it's possible to pay with Klarna. Klarna makes it possible to pay after delivery. When you choose the Klarna payment option, you will receive the invoice when we send your order to you. You have to pay within 14 days. When you return your products, the amount will be deducted from your Klarna invoice.

Register a return
Not happy with your goods? Follow the instructions of the webshop to return them and notify Klarna about the return in the App.
Klarna pauses your invoice for thirty days and adjusts it when the return is registered.
Postpone the due date
You need more time? For instance because your goods are delayed or your salary will be paid within a few days? With one click you can postpone the due date with 10 days.
10 days not enough? For a small fee (based on the order amount) you can postpone the due date with 30 days.
If you order from pipstudio.com, you can choose to have your order delivered to your home or collect it from us in person at the Pip Studio counter.
If you choose to have your order delivered to your home you will have to sign for it upon receiving it.

How to return?
For Pip Studio items not purchased through this webshop, please contact the shop where the items were bought.
To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform Pip Boutique B.V. of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail). You can mail us at email@example.com or go to our contact page. You may use the attached model cancellation form, but it is not obligatory. To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of cancel before the cancellation period has expired.
Would you like a quick and proper processing of the returned article? Please note the following points:
- The first and essential step for a quick return is to submit a return request via "My Pip account".
- Ensure that your articles are in their original plastic packaging, including labels and stickers, as you received them. This plastic packaging contains stickers with information important for Pip Studio to process your return properly.
- Stick the return address label on the package. You can find the return address label on the bottom left of the packing slip. Please note that this return addres label is for internal use only.
- Add the packing slip to the contents of the package.
- Bring your package to the mail order company of your choice. Returns are at your own cost.
- As soon as we have received your package we will process the return within 14 days after receiving the cancellation notice.
You can return your articles to Pip Studio in two different ways:

Would you rather return the products to us in person (without paying delivery costs), you can come over to the returns counter at our logistics partner in Nieuwegein:

2. By PostNL, DHL or any other mail order company
Finally, you can choose to return your package with another mail order company, for example PostNL or DHL. Stick the return sticker (that you received with the order) on the package and then bring it to the mail order company. Returns are at your own cost. Use Track&Trace to track your return.
Always ensure that you keep your proof of shipment safe so that you can track the status of your return accordingly.
30 day return option
You have 30 days to change your mind on all your purchases from Pip Boutique B.V.. You have the right to cancel this contract within 30 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period will expire after 30 days from the day on which you acquire,or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the last good. Please note that returns after 30 days will not be accepted and we will not send the items back to you at our costs.
How to return beachwear and homewear?
From a hygiene perspective you need to keep wearing your underwear while fitting clothes like swimming costumes, homewear, homecoats and kimonos. You have to leave the hygienic strip in bikini pants and swimming costumes in place.
If you unfortunately have to return a Homewear or Beachwear article, we would appreciate it if you take the following in mind:
- The article is packed in the original packaging (including tissue paper);
- The article is unworn, undamaged, unaltered, unwashed and clean;
- The hygienic strip has not been removed.
- The price tag is still attached.
How quickly will my return be processed?
As soon as your return is received you will receive a confirmation mail from us. The returned article will then be processed. The purchase amount will be returned to your account within 14 days/2 weeks after receiving the cancellation notice.
How will I get my money back?
As soon as your return article has been accepted by Pip Boutique B.V. we will return the purchase amount to you. This return will be done with the same payment method that you used to pay your order. The amount will be returned within 14 days after receiving the cancellation notice. Should you still have an outstanding balance with Pip Boutique B.V., we will deduct the amount from the outstanding balance. The shipping costs will only be returned to you, if you send the complete order back.
Can I swap an item?
It is not possible to swap your Pip Boutique B.V. purchases. What you can do is return your purchase and place a new order. You should return your old order within 30 days. Please note that you will be charged shipping costs again for your new order.
My order is damaged or incomplete, what should I do?
Of course we always do our utmost to send your order to you in perfect condition. Should your order be incomplete or damaged, please contact us within 7 days. Our customer service can be reached via firstname.lastname@example.org or +31 (0)30 2271060. Please add one or more pictures of the damaged article so we can help you as soon as possible.
E-gift cards from Pip Studio are fun to receive but also great to give!
Some important facts about Pip Studio e-gift cards:
- The e-gift cards are sent by email.
- If you purchase an e-gift card for someone else, the e-gift card is sent to the email address provided by you.
- You can include a personal message with the e-gift card.
- The e-gift card is valid only on pipstudio.com.
- The value of the e-gift card can be used once or in parts.
- If the balance of your e-gift card is insufficient for your entire purchase you can pay the remaining balance.
- The e-gift card is valid for five years after date of issue.
- The e-gift card cannot be exchanged for cash.
Questions about wallpaper
How much wallpaper do I need?
If you want to order wallpaper from Pip Studio, it is important to know how many rolls you need. We have a handy calculation tip for you!
You have a wall 4 metres wide and 2.50m high.
The dimensions of the roll are 10 metres long and 0.53 metres wide.
1. Divide the width of the wall by the width of the roll (4 / 0.53 = 7.55). Round up the total (8). You need a total of 8 lengths for the wall. But how many lengths can you get from one roll?
2. Add the height of the wall to the formula (2.50 + 0.53 = 3.03). The result is the size of 1 length. Then divide the length of the roll by the length required (10 / 3.03 = 3.30). Round off this amount downwards (3). So, you can get 3 lengths from 1 roll. But how many rolls of wallpaper do you need?
3. You need 8 lengths and you can get 3 lengths from 1 roll. This means that you need 8 / 3 = 2.67 = 3 rolls of wallpaper.
Important: Please keep in mind that wallpaper is always produced in batches. To avoid colour differences and ensure you receive all rolls only from the same batch, please make sure you buy the rolls in one order. If not, we can unfortunately not guarantee the batches.
Is the wallpaper washable?
No it's not. You can use a slightly damp cloth to remove stains. The wallpaper is not suitable for damp rooms.
Questions about bedding
Which bedding sizes are available?
The Dutch sizes are: 140x220cm and 240x200cm. The size of the pillowcase that comes with these duvet covers is 60x70cm.
The German sizes are: 135x200cm, 155x200cm and 2000x200cm. The size of the pillowcase that comes with these duvet covers is 80x80cm.
How does the closing of the duvet cover look?
Dutch sizes have a tuck-in lane. German sizes close with a zipper.
How does the closing of the pillowcases look?
Dutch sizes are tied up with ribbons. German sizes are fastened with buttons.
How do I wash the bedding?
All bedding needs to be washed at 60 degrees Celcius for the first three times to fixate the colours. After this, the bedding can be washed at lower temperatures. Avoid using bleaches.
Is flannel bedding available?
No. Pip Studio bedding is made from 100% percal cotton.
Are the fitted sheets suited for boxsprings?
The fitted sheets are made for single mattresses and are 20cm high.
Questions about porcelain and tableware
How do I wash the glasses?
Please take good care of your Pip Studio glassware, to maintain the quality:
- Hand wash only in warm water
- Do not rub design abrasively
- No soaking in water
- Don’t use abrasive detergents
Are lids sold separately?
We don't sell separate lids for teapots, sugar bowls, storage jars etc. Because of the production process there's a big chance that lids from later production runs don't fit your item.
